In some cases, UTFCast outputs a file with incorrect file name. This bug has been fixed in current downloadable version. If you have downloaded UTFCast before April, 10, 2009 11:30 AM (Pacific Time, Ver. 1.0), you should update your UTFCast by re-downloading current version (Ver. 1.0.2.8) to avoid the bug.
