UTFCast Express box

Express is built with the basic version of UTFCast technology. It provides a very simple interface to let you convert all text files to UTF-8 encoding. It can convert a directory full of text files and keep the whole directory structure intact. Just select the source directory, the output destination, and click Start. Nothing could be simpler than this.
