Each software has its own upgrade policy, please see the appropiate section for each software.

VividSwitcher

Once you have purchased VividSwitcher, you are entitled to upgrade to the latest version at any time, free of charge. The latest version can be found at the Download Center, just download and install it, your license code will be recognised.

UTFCast Professional

Once you have purchased UTFCast Professional, you are entitled to a free copy of any minor upgrade of the product. For example, if you have purchased version 1.0 of the product, you will get all the further 1.x versions free.

A free registration of your purchased license is required before obtaining upgrades. You need to create a customer account at our Client Center after purchasing this product, so that you can download upgrade versions from the Client Center.

To upgrade a major version of this product is not free. For example, to upgrade from version 1.0 to version 2.0 requires an upgrade fee. However, once a major version upgrade is available, you can upgrade for a 50% off the normal price. If the next major version is released within 60 days from your previous purchase, you are entitled to a free upgrade.
