UTFCast Pro Upgrade Policy
- UTFCast Pro V1.x users are entitled to a free copy
of any minor upgrade of the product. For example, if you have purchased version
1.0 of the product, you will get all the further 1.x versions free. Upgrading to 2.x and later versions is not free. You will get a discounted price to upgrade your license to a Perpetual License.
- UTFCast Pro V2.x Technician License users are entitled to a free copy
of any minor upgrade of the product. For example, if you have purchased version
2.0 of the product, you will get all the further 2.x versions free. Upgrading to 3.x and later versions is not free. You will get a discounted price to upgrade your license to a Perpetual License.
- UTFCast Pro V2.x Workstation License users are entitled to a free upgrade to a Perpetual License. With the Perpetual License, you will get all further versions of UTFCast Pro Retail Version for free. For example, if you have purchased version
2.0 Workstation License, after upgrading your license to a Perpetual License in our client center, you will get all the further 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, etc. versions for free.
- UTFCast Pro Perpetual License users are entitled to free upgrades to any versions of UTFCast Pro Retail Version. With the Perpetual License, you will get all further versions of UTFCast Pro Retail Version for free. For example, if you have purchased version
2.0 Workstation License, after upgrading your license to a Perpetual License in our client center, you will get all the further 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, etc. versions for free.
- UTFCast Pro Subscription users are entitled to free upgrades to any versions of UTFCast Pro Subscription in your subscription period. Once your subscription period terminates (either expires or be canceled), you will not be able to use UTFCast Pro or receive any upgrades. You can renew your subscription before your subscription period expires, or purchase a new subscription after it terminates.
- A free registration of your purchased license is required before obtaining upgrades. You need
to create a customer account at our Client Center after purchasing this product,
so that you can download upgrade versions from the Client Center.
